Weekdays (Within normal working hours):
Full day (ie 8 hours)320 € (385 US$)
½ weekday (max 4 hours) 200 € (240 US$)
Rate after normal working hours 65 € (78 US$) per hour

Sundays, Saturdays and local holidays:
Full day (8hours) 480 € (580 US$)
½ day (max 4 hours) 300 € (360 US$)
Rate after 8 hours working day 100 € (120 US$) per hour

Travelling time (max 16 hours per day) 25€ (30 US$) per hour

Telephone (Mobile): 0.25 € (0.25 US$) / min. inside Germany
Telephone (Mobile): 1.25 € (1.50 US$) / min. international

Photo (digital on CD) free of charge

The following expenses will be charged according cost: Travelling costs, Hotel bills, Transportation.

Long-term arrangements are subject to negotiation.


Before leaving of Capt. Hebekus or his staff the customer have to settle an appropriate prepayment.

The final account will be made based on the actual rates (see above) in Euro or US$.

All additional costs like travelling expenses, hotel costs, victuals costs, fees, visa costs etc. , Payments should be settled net in 30 days on billing. After this period an interest of 8% p.a. plus fine will be claimed.

General Conditions:

The following General Conditions are valid for all agreements unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing by T. Hebekus.
Orders from customers are only binding after a written order acknowledgment has been issued and only on the conditions stated in the order acknowledgment.
For the rendering of technical or nautical service, including advice, testing, supervision or the carrying out of repair or work, the following supplementary conditions shall apply:
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment for nautical or technical service is charged on a time basis, in accordance with my current price lists. The actual pricelist is always available in the internet.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the execution of an order is subject to manual assistance being rendered by the deck or engine room staff.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer/the master of the ship that the deck or engine room staff or other manpower made available by the customer comply with instructions and/or advice given by Mr. Hebekus or his representatives.
Claims must be made in writing to Capt: T. Hebekus.
Capt. T. Hebekus or his staff shall not be liable for defective goods supplied or nautical/technical service rendered. This applies to any loss the defect may cause, including loss of production, loss of profit or other indirect loss. This limitation of liability shall not apply if T. Hebekus has been guilty of gross misconduct.
All contracts with customers, including the present General Conditions, shall be interpreted according to German law. The above will not, however, prevent Capt. T. Hebekus from choosing, at its own discretion, to bring an action against a customer in the ordinary courts of law having jurisdiction over such a case.
